Sleep restores the body. It doesn't switch off a nervous system that has learned to stay ready.

The pressure ended years ago. The response didn't. There are specific, identifiable reasons for that.

Three practices you do with your body, not theory. They work whether or not you believe in them.

Most people assume stress comes from their workload, their schedule, or the demands of everyday life.
But that doesn't explain why some people stay stuck in stress long after the situation changes.
You'll discover why stress is often driven by deeper patterns, and why understanding those patterns changes everything about how you address it.
The way we learn to relate to emotions, needs, conflict, achievement, rejection, and belonging shapes how we respond to pressure throughout life.
You'll learn how patterns that once helped you adapt and succeed can eventually keep you stuck in cycles of stress, overthinking, tension, emotional exhaustion, and difficulty truly relaxing.
This isn't about weakness.
It's about adaptation.
You'll leave with three practices you can use the same week. Not concepts, things you do with your body.
And for those who want to go deeper, Dr. Castaños will explain how brain mapping and neurocognitive testing work, what they can reveal about stress, attention and recovery, and how to know whether that's a useful next step for you.
